An established PR professional and communications manager, I now work with clients in charity, retail and technology providing strategic communications support and media relations services.
During my career I have been responsible for large teams providing 24 hour media response for front line services including fire & rescue, highways and social services.
My experience includes crisis and reputation management, emergency response, social media, campaigns and internal communications.
I played a lead role in the emergency response press team during the 2007 Gloucestershire floods and was responsible for flood recovery communications during the clean-up. I have extensive charity experience, from repositioning and rebrand campaigns, to public affairs and corporate partnerships.
My CIPR awards include a national award for flood recovery communications and a CIPR Pride award for a change campaign related to the redesign of council services.
My most recent projects have included providing change communications support to a large retailer and delivering an award winning vaccination campaign for a health charity.
